Delivery Information and Returns

D2S offers its customers two delivery options for purchased products:
-Pick up the order, at our facilities in Mem Martins;
-Receive the order in your shipping address.

D2S ships orders worldwide, except deliveries to PO box addresses
D2S accepts payment by bank transfer.
After placing the order, the client will receive an email with bank account details and amount to transfer.
The order will only be shipped or delivered at the store, after the payment has been received.
The payment of products must be fulfilled until the third day after purchase, otherwise the order will be canceled.
Shipping costs are calculated automatically by the products that are added to your shopping cart.
After completing your order, you will be given the sum of the purchase amount and the shipping costs.


The return period for products is 15 days after purchase and you may do it, provided that:

-D2S must be informed of the reason of the return before customer ships it. If return is accepted by D2S it will provide the RMA code.
-D2S only accepts authorized returns with RMA code. All shipping costs are customer responsibility.
-Items are returned in the original packaging and in the same conditions of sale;
-Shipping costs of the returning item, are at costumer expenses*.
*Returns can be made through client’s postal carrier and must have a tracking number and insurance according to the value of the products.
It should be noted that, during the repair of some electronic products, namely flight controllers, the technicians may be required to delete the stored data. So, to avoid permanent loss of your data, we recommend that you perform regular backups before sending your product. D2S is not responsible for any data loss.
